Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Item must not be used or damaged
- Item must not be disassembled or parted
- Item must be returned in the same condition as received
A2Z Auto Parts LLC is not responsible for any costs related to installation or use, including shipping, labor, or transportation.
Restocking & Shipping Fees
- 20% restocking fee (based on item price)
- All original and return freight charges
No exceptions.
Returns requested after 30 days from purchase are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original first. After approval, simply place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
