Shipping Policy
At A2Z Auto Parts LLC, all engines, transmissions, and large auto parts are shipped via freight carriers on pallets unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
$150 – Business Address Delivery
(Must have forklift or loading dock)
$250 – Residential Address Delivery
(Includes liftgate service)
Business Address Delivery Requirements
To qualify for the $150 business rate, the delivery location must:
- Be a verified commercial address
- Have a forklift or loading dock available
- Be open during normal business hours
If these requirements are not met, the shipment may be reclassified as residential and additional carrier fees may apply.
Residential Delivery
Residential deliveries are charged $250 and include liftgate service.
Someone must be present at delivery to receive the shipment.
Freight Delivery Information
- A valid phone number is required for carrier scheduling.
- Tracking will be provided once the pallet is picked up by the carrier.
- Missed appointments, refused deliveries, or incorrect addresses may result in additional carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately at:
